Site Progress

WATER

The water lines are complete and ready for use and the sewer lines are finished . 

SEWER

The sewer pump station is complete, all but the generator which will be complete by the end of September.

UTILITIES

PP&L electric, Windstream phone, and Comcast cable all are complete.  PP&L gas lines are complete throughout the development. The installation of the gas lines down Cemetary Street to the current main in front of Hughesville High School will be complete by the end of October.   

ROADS

All roads are graded and stoned and are easily drivable.  

Home construction can start
at any time.
