ROADS, SEWER, & WATER SYSTEM

The roads, sewer, and water system
have been deeded over to Wolf Township
and are now under their maintenance and control.

UTILITIES

All the municipal utilities
are now completed and hooked up,
and are operational.

Home construction can start
at any time.
